Suggested Use: Take hourly as needed:
Adults: One tablespoon (approx. 15 ml)
Children: One teaspoon (approx. 5 ml)
Toddlers: One-half teaspoon (approx. 2.5 ml)

Lifestyle Recommendations: Avoid mucus-forming foods such as milk, cheese, pasta, white flour products and sugar. Avoid excessive consumption of cold and raw foods, especially during the cold weather season.
