"works very well for me....I live in Atl, Ga., a high pine pollen area. For 3 months in spring I have to breath green air. Then I have to breathe the exaust fumes of a couple million cars every day in the 100 degree summer heat."

"I had high hopes for this product but after I received it and found that the formula Contains milk/dairy I was extremely disappointed.

First off no where on the website ingredient list does it say it contains any milk and or dairy. This formula is called "Three Spices Sinus Complex" and why would they have to include "Milk/Dairy" in such a complex?

First of all dairy and milk products are not what you want to be taking for any kind of sinus or lung problems because of the mucus factor from it.

The product idea is 3 spices Ginger root, Long Pepper fruit, Black Pepper fruit and dehydrated Honey. Why do they have to add Milk/Dairy too this formula? It is not needed.

If I had known there was dairy/milk in this product before I ordered it I would never have done so. This product caused me to have a runny nose and non stop sneezing. Please remove the Dairy/milk from this product.

I am very disappointed."
