"I liked the idea of this formula and had done some reading on Suntheanine to help with sleeplessness. I think this is a great idea for a formula and I've found it to be pretty effective in helping me sleep. I'm also not going to the bathroom as frequently as I was. Thumbs up."

"What caught my eye on this formula was the Suntheanine that makes it perfect for helping me sleep through the night without having to wake up to use the bathroom every few hours.

I liked this so much, I called the mfr. and they said they are coming out with a Prostate AM too."
