"The taste is horrible and it clumps too much to use a shaker cup. I will say that the taste improves with the use of milk but not by much and it still clumps anyway."

"I buy this for my 18 year old son and it has been a great supplement for adding on muscle without all the added fat. He says it tastes pretty good--as far as protein drinks go. Would definitely recommend this weight gain supplement."

"This helped me gain weight and allowed me to put on more muscle in addition to the increased weight i was able to lift. Take it before bed and you will wake up with lots of energy. Great taste for a product like this and little clumping. I would stick with this over other products just because it is pleasing to drink instead of being a chore."
