Profibe ProFibe™ Directions
New Users: Start by taking 1/2 serving per day for a few days to allow your system to adjust to a higher dietary fiber intake. Gradually increase by 1/2 servings to 3 servings per day.
Add one level measuring scoop (provided inside can) of ProFibe™ dietary supplement to your favorite beverage (10 - 12 oz) (water, skim milk, juice, etc.) and shake vigorously or add to prepared food, oatmeal, yogurt, salad dressing, etc.
Refrigeration is optional.
