"Leave it to Germans to get it RIGHT! This Soby Tea is one of the best I've used. It even tasts better after opening by letting it "breathe" a little, like a fine wine. I use the term Scoby Tea because the most used "name" is a miss nomer, Kombucha, of Kombu Cha, is not a seaweed from japan which is made into a tea, SCOBY....Simbiotic Combination of Bacteria and Yeast..THAT WORKS!
