"Within a few days of taking this - I began experiencing constant VERY LOUD grumbling and rumbling throughout my intestines. It also generated a lot of gas. Not worth the embarrassment or discomfort so I stopped taking this after 1 week - miraculously, within a couple days, all of the uncomfortable symptoms stopped. Perhaps it's just me --- but I would not feel good about recommending this product."
