Great Product from a Great Store
LOVE this ghee - it's the best tasting of all I've tried. I told my sister about it and she was skeptical since she loves real butter. She wanted some to keep in storage since she lives out in the country and can't always get to the store when she runs out of butter. She ordered it at my suggestion and called that day to tell me she likes it better than real butter. It's lighter because the milk solids are gone but it still has that buttery flavor. I will buy this again and again and so will she. Vitacost has the best price I've seen on Purity Farms Ghee.

Tastes Great!
Makes every dish I use it in a little better. If you're looking for ghee you won't find a better brand or quality.

YUM!
Best butter taste, hands down. Just watch out...it's a bit more concentrated and has more fat, but I find myself using less than typical butter. Especially delicious in oatmeal for an occasional morning treat.

Delicious!
I had never tried ghee before but I've been seeing many recipes that call for it so I decided to try it. It has a great mild nutty flavor, doesn't need to be refrigerated.

Really good
My naturopath recommended ghee and coconut oil as the only stable oils to cook with (otherwise the heat damages the oil and causes inflammation in your body). I am so glad I bought this. I use it on popcorn, in place of butter on toast, and for cooking. Can hardly wait to make pie crust with it during the holidays! For those of you dealing with acidity, I read that ghee is alkaline. Will continue to purchase :-)
