"THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I'VE USED THE ADVANCED ENZYME SYSTEM. I'D USED ANOTHER BRAND THAT WAS OK; SO DECIDED TO TRY THE RAINBOW LIGHT BRAND SINCE I USE THEIR OTHER PRODUCTS. IT'S SO MILD TASTING & SO EASY ON THE DIGESTIVE SYSTEM WHEN OTHER PRODUCTS CAN BE QUITE HARSH. THIS IS AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT; GOOD FOR ALL AGES BUT ESPECIALLY LATE 30'S & UP. THE ELDERLY USUALLY NEED ENZYMES SO AM ORDERING ANOTHER BOTTLE TO GET MOM STARTED; THEY USUALLY DON'T EAT ENOUGH FRESH FRUITS/VEGETABLES SO NEED A LITTLE HELP. I DIDN'T REALIZE THAT WE NEEDED ENZYMES BEGINNING IN OUR LATE 30'S. GREAT PRODUCT! I TAKE ONE WITH EACH MEAL."

i tried this for digestive discomfort, a painful sensation and a feeling of needing to burp, which i sometimes experience when eating fried foods and meat.

i took the indicated dosage of one capsule right before the meal. no relief whatsoever.
