"I didn't read the back label as careful as I should have-you are to take six of these per day. Next time I will probably buy the once daily, but these are great vitamins and your body absorbs the nutrients better if you take them throughout the day."

"I wanted to get a quality prenatal vitamin (not just some generic brand at the grocery store). I used to take Rainbow light multi vitamins for women so when it was time to pick a prenatal I trusted the brand and was happy that they offered a prenatal. A bonus is the amount of calcium included in this vitamin. My doctor suggested that I take a prenatal plus a calcium supplement. That turned into a lot of big pills each day. But because of the amount of calcium included in this supplement I didn't have to take calcium.
I definitely have to take the vitamins after eating, my stomach is pretty sensitive to pills on an empty stomach. I also don't feel any effects (good or bad), but there are lot of changes going on to my body so who knows!"

"I began taking these vitamins when I started trying to conceive. They never gave me any problems with my stomach and they did not cause constipation! I am now pregnant and still having no problems with them! I even tried the vitamin "dissolve test" to see how well they were getting into my system and within 35 min. it was pretty much completely dissolved. They are pretty large in size and you have to take six a day, but I don't have problems swallowing pills and I just take 3 after breakfast and 3 after lunch."
