"I tried the Rainbow Light vitamins after hearing they were a decent brand. I was not impressed with these. The size of the pill is fine for me at least, no different from any other multivitamin I have tried. But I don't think the quality was good. I felt like I wasn't taking anything, in fact I felt tired, the opposite of what these are supposed to do. They also gave me a horrible stomach ache despite taking them with food. Although I personally have a sensitive stomach. I gave it two weeks, and then I decided to switch to a whole foods womens vitamin, by Mega Foods, and those are way better."

"One reason I like this multi is because I want one minus iron.
and its vegetarian sensitive. It's a little hard to swallow though. Kinda rough texture on the outside combined with the large size and well, gag time. If I angle it just right, like aiming a torpedo it seems to get down without sticking halfway. But I have to angle it just right... I would recommend this product line, I also take their calcium supplement. I don't even swallow that just let it dissolve like a lozenge... Tried that with the multi but it's a little too strong tasting... So just try to torpedo it.. Cheers..."
