"I use this multi because I didn't want the iron and wanted something that I could have in just 1 pill so I don't have a meal to drink down. I take this about every other day or every third day but I really don't notice a difference if I take it or if I don't take (but every multi that I have taken is like that.) I like the quality for the price."
