"It's hard to find a calcium supplement that doesn't have twice as much calcium as magnesium, and from what I've learned over the years, despite the promotion of calcium from the dairy industry & elsewhere, most people don't need more calcium but more MAGNESIUM to help absorb all the calcium they are taking! This supplement actually has twice as much magnesium as calcium, plus vitamin D, B6, plus the herbs and the seaweed combo. I love this combination. It's an effective supplement to take for allergy relief, for calming, or before bed. The name of this supplement is a little misleading - I've been buying different cal-mag supplements for years without looking into this one because its name would never indicate that it has so much magnesium. The only drawback is the tablets are rather large and not rounded, so if you don't swallow carefully, it could easily get stuck in your throat. I like the large quantity of 180, which Rainbow Light is good at providing. One of my pet peeves with supplements is getting 30 pills in a jar that's 3/4 empty (what a waste). I probably will order this product again. It's an especially good supplement for women."
