Review 1"I love this stuff because it has a very light taste. It also does not clump up like most fiber making it hard to choke down. I always take mine in the morning with a little orange juice and I truely love the result as well. It doesn't leave your stomach crampy at all. I highly recommend this product to anyone who needs a little get up and go if you know what I mean."

"I really like the probiotic ratios. Products that have too high of acidophilus have slightly constipated me in the past. This helps to keep me regular. I like to take 2 twice a day. I wish it were a little more affordable though."

"I like Fiber Smart mostly because it has many great ingredients especially organic Flax Fiber. They are also easy to swallow. Other fiber products are so dense and hard to get down. This doesn't repeat and I've been using it together with Cleanse Smart and it seems to be working fine. I am going to continue using this product because I want to make sure I am getting the correct daily fiber requirement. It is difficult sometimes to get the fiber you need from your diet."

"the thing i like most about this product is the fact that its effective with no painful cramps. i use it quite frequently just to keep things moving when my diet is not as it should be. this is the only laxative product i use. i also use this instead of the laxative tea when doing the master cleanse."
