"I bought the smaller bottle for a high price and didn't realize this was the BIG bottle and at such a great price! I got a really good deal. So far this is the best fiber I've ever had. I can't have wheat, gluten or soy (or milk) and other things and this is free of everything. This is the first fiber that doesn't hurt my stomach, either. I don't know if it's workin or not, but I only take 1 servin per day and I'm going to work myself up to 2 or 3 servings per day. It is totally tasteless (completely) and mixes well (it gums up a bit, and makes cloudy water, but totally tasteless). There is no grit. It's a fabulous product and a plus that it's organic. Hopefully with 2 or 3 servings per day it will work at its best effectiveness for me."

"I purchased this product for my 91 year old father. He is so excited about how well it works for him. He no longer has to try to eat tons of fruit and other things that did not agree with him. He called me the miracle worker for finding this product. Needless to say, I am so pleased for him."

"This product is definitely much easier to take than the pills of psyllium fiber. However, I did not notice any difference in bowel movements. I had better results just adding ground flaxseed to my meals. But then, it might work well for you. My daughter said it works well for her, so I'll keep getting it for her. At least the ingredients are supposed to be good for you, not like some other fibers on the market.

Oh, and it certainly mixes in easily to just about any food, and does not change the taste of what you put it in at all."
