"The eyelid serum was VERY gentle on all parts of my upper and lower lid, underneath my eye and brow bone area.
It didn't burn, sting or run and dries very quickly without any greasiness. It did feel slightly tight after drying, when I touched the skin, but it never made my skin dry out.
