Adults and children over 12, take 2 capsules at bedtime as needed. Drowsiness will typically follow in 30-60 minutes. In stubborn cases, up to 4 capsules may be taken.

Inactive ingredients: DreamOn herbal blend 500 mg/cap (passion flower, valerian root, black cohosh root, german chamomile flower, lupulin, lemon balm), cellulose, cellulose capsule.
