"Okay so I am bad... I drink diet sodas. I recently had my bone density checked and it's better that it ever was before I started drinking sodas. I have been taking this Calcium from Roex for 6 years now. I take it in the morning w/ my workouts and I take 4 at night prior to going to bed. They help me relax. I love this Calcium blend. "I've used various herbal sleep aids for many years..some with helpful effects, and others with little to no effect. This product is the only one I've seen that consistently helps me get to sleep quickly, sleep restfully, and wake up alert ready to start my day! This is the best all natural sleep product on the market. I actually only use a half dose per night which cuts it's already inexpensive cost in half.
