"I have been using this powder mix since it came on the market. This and Ola Loa together have been an energy powerhouse for me. I take them both with water straight up, for ease. Like OL, this has little to no fillers, plus it has probiotics. But EB you can add to smoothies, juices, etc. without ruining the taste. I don't drink milk, so can't comment on that. It mixes easily, and since it is packetized, it's easy to carry on travel. The minty taste is something else! Why don't other people do it too? Such a simple idea! When feeling stressed, have an EB and an OL, it just may give you the boost you need to get out of the hole."

"Finally a green food that doesnt taste like.....well a green food! Tastes great, less filling. Mixes easy. I mix it with 12oz of milk and a scoop of chocolate protein powder. A great start to your day!"
