Flavor foods naturally with premium tamari soy sauce and quality Asian-inspired products from San-J
As a marinade, salad dressing ingredient or sprinkled on rice, vegetables or meat, soy sauce is a versatile condiment enjoyed around the world. Many widely available brands of soy sauce, however, are high in salt and contain wheat, which makes it off limits to some people.
To continue flavoring your foods with a rich-tasting sauce, try San-J premium Tamari. This smooth, robust dark soy sauce alternative is made from soybeans, in wheat-free (gluten-free) or very-little-wheat varieties. Naturally fermented using traditional methods passed down for eight generations, San-J Tamari:
- Does not contain MSG or preservatives
- Is Non-GMO Project certified
- Is available in 100% gluten-free varieties, certified by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization
- Can be used for stir fry, marinades, soups, sauces, gravies or casseroles
San-J also makes teriyaki sauce, Thai peanut sauce, Szechuan sauce, organic shoyu sauce and other specialty dressings, soups and crackers.
Established in Japan nearly 200 years ago, San-J has been manufacturing its tamari, soy sauce and other Asian-inspired products in the U.S. in 1978.

San-J Organic Gluten and Wheat Free Tamari Soy Sauce Platinum -- 10 fl oz
"I have been looking for wheat-free tamari and could not find it at an affordable price until I stumbled upon it on Vitacost. This sauce has a nice, rich flavor. It is a flavor that you just can't get with any other type of seasoning. I highly recommend it!"

San-J Black Sesame Rice Crackers -- 3.7 oz Each / Pack of 12
"These are comparable to some other Japanese crackers that I also love, but are even harder to find (only a couple specialty places sell them). Not the same packaging, but both are made in Japan & could very well be the same cracker. These crackers are crunchy, crispy, large size rounds. They'd be great for dipping, but truly don't need anything else as they are so satisfying alone. Once I tried Eden brand and while good, they pale in comparison to these. My boyfriend also is crazy about these & he's not usually big on crackers. You get a good amount of crackers in each package - enough to share."
