"I am happy with Lipidex, been taking it for a few months now & although I haven't realized a specific change, I know that taking Omega's are great for the system.
I'd recommend taking with food, or a shake.
Very rare do I burp up the typical O3 - Salmon or Oil flavor/taste, but if that becomes a problem (like it is for some) I found that freezing the pills helps avoid that problem."
