Directions
As a dietary supplement, take seven capsules after morning meal and seven capsules after mid-day meal, along with 16-20 fluid ounces of water. Drink at least 1 gallon (3.78 liters) of water daily. Do not exceed 14 capsules in any 24 hour period.
