Directions
Take 2 soft gels up to twice daily with at least 8-12 ounces of water. Space dosing at least 6 hours apart. Do not stack Tight Hardcore with other products containing Ephedra, Yohimbine, Caffeine and/or Phenylpropolalamine. Do not exceed 4 soft gels per 24 hour period.

Do not consume synephrine or caffeine from other sources, including but not limited to, tyramine containing foods, coffee, tea, soda and other dietary supplements or medications containing phenylephrine, phenylpropanolamine or caffeine. Contains caffeine. Do not use for more than 8 weeks. Consult your physician prior to use if you are pregnant or nursing , or if you are taking medication, including but not limited to, MAOI inhibitors, antidepressants, asprin, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or products containing phenylephrine, phenylpropanolaimne, ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, or other stimulants. Consult your physician prior to use if you have a medical condition, including, but not limited to heart, liver, kidney, or thyroid disease, psychiatric or epilleptic disorders, difficulty urinating, diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, recurrent headaches, enlarged prostate or glaucoma. Discontinue 2 weeks prior to surgery or if you experience rapid heart beat, dizziness, severe headache or shortness of breath.
