"I have a very physical job (at times, even exhausting), so any supplement that helps with energy levels is always a plus. The B vitamins act as coenzymes in helping to release energy from the carbohydrates and fats you eat. And this timed-release version helps ensure that these vitamins stay with you all day. Which is important since the B vitamins are water soluble, and they tend to be excreted rather quickly in the urine. But like I said, the time-release helps prevent that."

"You detect the fresh smell of B vitamins when you open. After 2 weeks I got the energy boost. TIME Release is the key add-on. It works. I take a morning dose and now after 3 weeks I must cut back since I cannot sleap. I think I will refrigerate to keep fresh and use gradually. WORLD CLASS product."
