Sci Fit Caffeine Directions
As an adult dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 2 times to 3 times maximum daily. Each serving should be taken at least 3 to 4 hours apart. Caffeine is a potent stimulant. Do not take within 6 hours of desiring to sleep!
