"I've been using Xtend for several years - I add 2 scoops to my water bottle and drink during my workouts. I definitely believe that it helps w/ endurance and recovery, and also seems to ease some of the post-workout soreness. I've tried all the flavors but watermelon is my favorite by a long shot. The prices here can't be beat!"

"A bit too artificially sweet, but overall, a nice lemony flavor. Recovery time has seemed to improve. As far staying more focused, it could be the placebo effect, but my gains seem much better during lifts."
