"This is such a full tasting sauce. It has just enough heat but you also taste so many other spices. The jar holds enough to feed 2 people. I agree with the other reviewer about just microwaving the sauce so that it doesn't evaporate. I pan cooked bite sized pieces of chicken and then mixed it with the sauce."

"I love the simmer sauces I've tried from this company, the Madras being my favorite, it has a nice bite but not too hot. Though the package suggests simmering for 10 minutes, I prefer to just heat it through. Even covered, the sauce becomes quite thick at the 10 minute mark."
