"I thought it would be too hot, but it actually wasn't that bad. I liked it, and don't imagine it could be habit forming. It worked well to clear my sinuses. There are no "bad" ingredients in it; it is all natural!"

"I seen this on a Dr show amd TV and with all the sinus headaches I get i figured ANYTHING was worth a shot..Well i will say the intial pain you get from squirting hot pepper up your nose is enough to make you forget about any headache you might have :) it WILL MAKE you nose run and eyes water and as much as i didnt want to say it to quick or out loud to jinks it, it actually seem to relieve the pressure.Of couse it makes sense of you have OPENED THE FLOOD GATES and hey if it works that is all the matters!!!"
