"I have been using this product for years. I take a half dose, three capsules while my wife takes a whole dose. I'm not sure how you can measure effectiveness, non-clinically, but I have a lot of confidence in this particular formula and company. Vitacost's price is unbeatable."

"Solaray is a reputable brand available through VitaCost for a reasonable price. There are very few cal/mag supplements that have a 1:1 ratio and that's the main reason I purchased this particular brand. I take two capsules along with a Vitamin D3 twice daily to keep my bones strong."
