"Solaray has great products. I like the calcium citrate - one of the best forms for effective
absorption. Can be taken
with or without food. I like
it for my husband who eats
tons of meat and nuts and
doesn't need extra magnesium.
I like that it is in capsule form and not tablets that are hard
as rocks. As always, Vitacost has the lowest price that I have
run across so far. Great
