"I highly recommend this product. I only needed to take 2-3 capsules/day to achieve candida die off in my gut. I recommend Thorne molybdenum to help reduce die off symptoms, and Country Life dairy free probiotics. Caprylic acid is much more gentle than oregano oil for the digestive tract. Take less if you want a slower effect and more if your health is otherwise robust and you want a quick effect."
