"I recently noticed that the serving size for this particular 500mg Choline and Inositol is 2 vegetable caps. I used to take Solgar's 250mg Choline and Inositol a while back, which is the same price as this 500mg product. It seems they just took the same 250mg product and just increased the serving size to make it 500mg, and the whole time I was taking it thinking that one capsule was 500mg."
