"Although this product has good value as far as content is concered, it has one serious problem, i.e. it dissolves too quickly.

I fill my pill boxes once per week, and if we have a couple of days of rain, by the end of the week, these pill will have turned to a gooey, nasty mess, which contaminates my other supplements (and tastes nasty.)

These caplets need to be coated so they do not absorb moisture so easily."

"This in, combination with alpha lipoic acid, stimulates the mitochondria of the cell to increase the ATP production. CoQ 10 enhances transfer of the energy to other parts of the cell for utilization. These can increase your base metabolic rate, help cognition and physical endurance. Alpha lipoic acid is kind of caustic and upsetting to the stomach- eating with some fat will help alleviate this. Fat also assists absorption of CoQ10."
