"I have to take this with food or ill get a bellyache. BUT....It is the fastest way to get your iron levels up. I tried many different ones. The chelates are the best. Oh it also gives me constipation but I take natural laxatives to counteract."

"These pills really upset my stomach. I normally use the VegLife brand iron pills, which I have never had trouble with. These pills also left an after taste in my mouth."
