"I usually take this in the morning if I know I'm in for a long day and I have to stay sharp. Sometimes I'll miss my usual amount of sleep, or life just gets intense. It works well ~ I can feel the difference on those days. My thinking is focused and I feel alert. I don't succumb to a placebo effect; either supplements work for me or they don't. This one does. Excellent quality product."

"I felt a little more in sync while taking this stuff. This stuff really helps with brain speed. It keeps you tunely in track. although I am a cheapskate, I think the price is too high, but than again the stuff doe do its job. and I hate payin alot for supps anyway."

"I like this version/brand of the Alpha-GPC, because it doesn't hide the potency of its main ingredient behind some secondary brand name. Other products list 600mg of AlphaSize(TM). But if you Google "AlphaSize" and go to the manufacturer's site, you see that "AlphaSize" is only 50% Alpha-GPC. So (with some other products) you'd be getting half of what you thought you were paying for."
