"First of all, I believe Source Naturals is one of the best supplement companies around. Calcium Night helps me get a good night's sleep. I take one at breakfast; one at lunch; and two at night, along with vitamin D3 and Peter Gillham powder magnesium. I feel that I'm getting adequate amounts of calcium with this product."
