"how do you review a supplement? i take it as an addition to my low salt high fiber diet and cardio routine. i hope it does more good than harm. you never know with little colored pills. i don't feel any worse, that's something. i take 3 a day after meals and isuppose i'll continue as long as i can afford it. i just checked all five stars for my own entertainment and high hopes."
