"I have been taking this CoQ10 for over a year now. It seems to be a good quality and the price is good for such a high potency. In my opinion everybody should be on CoQ10 since it is a powerful antioxidant that supports healthy cell growth, blood pressure and protects your heart and is important for people who are on cholesterol lowering drugs since they deplete us of Q10. It also gives you extra energy and who doesn't need that nowadays."
