"I have tried multiple Calcium/Magnesium products. I don't know if it the *form* of calcium/magnesium used in this product, or the other trace minerals it contains, but literally immediately after taking this supplement (2 capsules with a meal) I feel noticeably more calm and clear-headed (which calcium-magnesium supplements are known to do). I don't think this is a placebo effect, as I have not experienced this benefit with past calcium-magnesium supplements. Also, this supplement was excellent for making my gastrointestinal system more "regular" (sorry for the details!)."
