"I didn't feel good on this product at all and couldn't understand why until I saw that it had soy, an ingredient that is not a friend to my body. I would neither recommend nor not recommend this product as I'd imagine it would depend on the person's tolerance of soy... so take your chances. As for me, I have an almost full bottle gathering dust."
