For adult use only. Before meals, mix or blend one rounded scoop of Diet Fiber Re:Fresh powder with 8 ounces of water or non-acidic juice (apple or papaya), 1 to 3 times daily. For best taste and solubility, mix with cold apple juice. Important: Gradually, over one week, increase from 1 to 2 scoops daily to allow your system to adjust to a higher fiber intake. Drink 8 to 10 glasses (8 oz.) of water daily. use this product with the enclosed Maximum Metabolism Weight Loss Plan.
