"Way less effective than another brand I used to take- Could be related to the form - these are tablets while I used to take the other brand (same dosage) in capsules , they clearly don't absorb well for me - effects are mild at best , even at double the dose, and don't last long. Buy your tyrosine pure in capsules or powder - makes a world of difference. I don't recommend these."
