"I use this product as caffine with CLA to keep ab Fat from increasing it gives a little boast in metabolism but not to much. The only problem with it is a un coated Big Grainy Caplut this may be a problem for some people to swallow and it will fall to the pit of your stomach and grind away until it disolves so take it with some food. Or find caffine in a capsule."
