"I began by taking the recommended dosage before bed and then again before my morning workout. I experienced no side effects. I slept better and had increased energy. I have not taken it long enough to say if it will do anything to make me look younger, but I do like the way that it makes me feel. I would like to reorder by for me it is a bit expensive since I am taking 10 per day."
