"I am a moderate drinker, and have been using Hangover Formula for almost two years now. I have not had a single hangover ever since! Even with light drinking one often feels a little slow the next day, but not if you take Hangover Formula before bed. The bottle does not say so, but the key is that you need to take one capsule about every other drink for best effectiveness.
