"Perhaps I am writing this review prematurely, as I've only taken it a few times, but each time I took it I never felt any difference in my hunger and still ate the same. Plus it is difficult for me to time when to take it an hour before my meal as I usually only eat when I'm hungry on no real set schedule. May work for some, but not me."

Made it easier to eat less

"I was not sure what to expect when trying this product- I had never taken an appetite suppressant before. I was pleasantly surprised. I did not feel jittery at all and my hunger was diminished. I was not all of a sudden no longer hungry, but the Hoodia made it easier to eat less. Made me noticeably more thirsty as well, which also may have helped with the hunger. It is interesting to read about how this plant was originally used."

"I have never tried Hoodia before, and decided to try this one because it had a five star rating. I will have to say it works pretty good. Some days I feel a little more hungry than others, but what I've noticed is, when I eat something I get full really fast. You will notice that you won't have to eat as much. Give it about 5 to 10 days to really stop hunger, but it will work after the first few days and get better from there. I take 2 to 3 a day. Also I didn't want to take something that would later be dangerous, and I think this stuff is safe because it's natural."
