Directions
1 to 3 dropperfulls before bedtime. A dropperfull is approxmately 1cc (1mg). Place liquid under the tongue and allow to remain for 30 to 45 seconds before swallowing. Do not take more than 3 dropperfulls (3.0cc) daily, unless recomended by your physican.
