"I started using this product without thoroughly reading the list of ingredients. It contains methylparabens, which I try to avoid like the plague. I found it effective but will not reorder because of that additive."

"Great product. Works very well. I like the liquid form rather than swallowing a pill. 3 drops under the tongue, hold for 30-45 second and swallow. Keeps me sleep. If I should wake up in the middle of night, I get right back to sleep and soundly. No side effects the next day."

"This product is a good alternative to tablets. I have used both tablets and liquid and believe the liquid taken sublingually works faster. It tastes okay (a bit sweet for my liking) and the price here is very reasonable. Also, Source Naturals is a reliable company with many high quality products, not some fly-by-night or new company."
