"I am very happy with this product because it is sublingual and by the time it finishes disolving under my tongue, I am usually out for the count. Also, I do NOT have the weird, intense dreams that would wake me in the middle of the night from melatonin I would take with a glass of water. Sounds weird, but, that is the difference to me. I am ordering MORE OF THE SUBLINGUAL!"
