"Having used some pectin products before, I wanted the advantage of the PectaSol forumlation, so I ordered this product. To my dismay, I found it completely unpalatable. The label says: "powder's neutral taste mixes well with natural flavors in foods, beverages, and soups." It's anything but neutral. In fact, it's extremely salty tasting (possibly the potassium content??) and I could not hide that with sweet grape juice. I've never experienced this before with other pectin powders. I opened the second bottle I had gotten just to see if it was a fluke, and that tasted the same. I emailed Vitacost with my concern and never heard back (it's been a couple of weeks). Two thumbs down."
